Parsley Pesto and Feta Phyllo Pizza 

1 1/2 cups pesto 
1 1/2 cups feta cheese 
2 cups grated Parmesean cheese 
1 stick unsalted butter 
10 sheets phyllo dough 

Preheat oven to 400 F. 

Melt butter and keep warm. Lightly butter cookie sheet and place one sheet
of phyllo on sheet. Brush with melted butter. 

Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese. Continue process until all the sheets are 
used and all the Parmesean cheese has been used. 

Making a square, fold in corners and slightly pinch it so it stands up
slightly on the edges. Spread pesto over phyllo. 

Sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for approx. 
15 minutes. Let rest 15 minutes before cutting. 

You can also add diced tomatoes, mozzerella, seafood etc.
