Pizza Dough
"The Romagnoli's Table"

2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 package (2 1/4 tsp.) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
olive oil

Place flour in food processor. Mix yeast with warm water and salt and allow to proof for about 10 minutes.
Turn processor on and pour yeast/water mixture in. Dough will gather around blade and form a ball.

Place 1 tbsp. olive oil in a bowl and add dough. Roll dough in oil until well coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and leave in warm place until dough doubles in size.

Preheat oven to 450 and proceed with recipe and dough rolling instructions for pizza.
