Butter Crusted Pizza Dough

1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water (105 - 115)degrees
1/2 cup butter melted and cooled (105 - 115)degrees
3 to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons salt
3 large eggs

In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cooled butter, 2 cups of the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and eggs. Beat at medium speed until smooth 1 to 2 minutes

By hand, stir in as much of remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl turn greased side up.
Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down dough, divide in half and let rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400, roll out dough and bake for 16 to 22 minutes.

Makes 2 pizzas
