Pineapple Pecan Pie 
1 unbaked pie crust 
1/4 cup butter, melted 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
2 Tblsp. flour 
1 tsp. vanilla 
1/2 tsp. salt 
3 slightly beaten eggs 
1 cup dark corn syrup 
1 cup pecans, chopped or halves, as you prefer 
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained 
Blend butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, salt, eggs, and corn syrup. Add pecans and drained pineapple. Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350° F.
