Peanut Butter Pie

Crust:
1 1/4 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter melted
Filling:
1 (8 oz)pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
grated chocolate curls, or chocolate, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix crust ingredients and press into pie plate,bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until fluffy. Add sugar, butter and vanilla and beat until sugar is dissolved. Fold in whipped cream.
Put into pie crust and garnish, if desired. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before cutting.
