Little Bits

3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Butter muffin tins and coat lightly with graham cracker crumbs.

Cream yolks, sugar, cream cheese until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff then fold into creamed mixture. Spoon mixture into tins 3/4 full - bake 350 for 20 minutes. Cool and when centers fall spoon in filling.

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine filling mix in a 9" pie pan, bake 400 for 5 minutes, stir, bake 3 minutes more. Spoon into centers of cooled cakes above.
