Grilled Italian Lobster Tails

2 lobster tails (about 3/4 pound in total)
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbl. lowfat margarine, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. drien thyme
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. drien oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
1 Tbl. Parmesan cheese grated

Hold lobster tail shell side down and cut away ribbed membrane as close to shell as possible. Remove lobster meat in 1 piece. Rinse meat and shells, pat dry. Sprinkle meat with lemon juice.

Combine margarine and fresh garlic in shallow bowl. Combine all dried ingredients and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl. Roll lobster meat in margarine mixture, dredge in bread crumb mixture and return to shells.

Grill lobster tails, shell side down on a rack set 4 to 6 inches over glowing coals. Turn tails occasionally from side to side for 10 minutes. Cover and grill lobster tails an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
