Potato Soup Mix
2 1/2 c Hungry Jack instant mashed potatoes
1 1/4 c powdered coffee creamer
1 packet McCormick chicken gravy mix
2 tsp salt-free seasoning (Mrs. Dash, Spike,etc)
2 tsp dried minced onion
2 tsp chicken boullon granules
1/2 tsp pepper
Place all in a large bowl and mix well.
Makes 4 cups.
Place in decorative container for gift giving with instructions:
Place 1/2 c into a mug. Add 1 c boiling water. Let stand 3 minutes till thickened. Add 1 packet Knorr Pasta Sauce Mix-Four Cheese Flavor for Potato Cheese Soup Mix.
