Pork Marsala

1 1/2 pounds Pork Loin -- cut 1/2" thick
3/4 cup Marsala wine
6 tablespoons Heavy cream
5 tablespoons Butter
6 mushrooms -- sliced
Salt and Pepper -- to taste
Flour


Season each piece of pork lightly with salt and pepper. Dredge through flour. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Saute pork over medium-heat until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes on each side). Add Marsala wine, cook 2 minutes more. Gently stir in mushrooms and cream. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Serve with pasta or rice.
