Keilbasa

6 Tbl. salt
1 Tbl. sugar
4 large gloves garlic
1 Tbl. black pepper
2 Tbl. marjoram
1 pint ice water
10 lb. lean pork butt


Grind meat through a 1/4 inch grinding plate. Place in bowl large enough to mix in, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff into casings. Cayenne pepper can be added for more heat.

This one is great with cabbage, and other veggies. You can also steam, broil, fry or grill.
