Greek Lamb Chops
Cooking Light

1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 (4 ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed
cooking spray


Preheat broiler.

Combine first 5 ingredients; rub over both sides of chops. Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 lamb chops). 192 cal, 8.4g fat, 25.8g pro, 0.1g fiber, 81mg chol, 1.8mg iron,367mg sod, 36mg calc.

Serving ideas: Try this with couscous tossed with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese.
