Dump Stew
3 lbs. stewing beef
1 pk. onion soup mix
1 can golden Mushroom soup
1 can Mushrooms, drained
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen sliced carrots
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Bake covered for 3 hours or Crockpot 8 to 9 hours or
Microwave according to your oven's instructions.
