Dinosaur Eggs
2 pkg (6 oz each) lime gelatin
2 1/2 c boiling water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c cold milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
Alfalfa sprouts, optional
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let stand at room
temperature for 30 min. Stir in the cinnamon. In a large measuring cup
with spout beat milk and pudding mix until blended (about 1 minute).
Quickly whisk into the gelatin until smooth.
Spray a JELL-O JIGGLERS EGG MOLD (easy to find right now) with nonstick
spray. Securely close each egg mold. Place mold, fill side up, on a tray.
Immediately pour gelatin-pudding mixture into mold to just top of egg shape.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. To unmold eggs, slide a DULL flat knife
between eggs.
Gently pry between each egg (DO NOT PULL ON THE HANDLE!!!)Turn mold over and
shake gently to remove eggs. This recipe will make 12 eggs.
SO YOU WILL NEED TO BUY 2 EGG MOLDS--found at virtually any grocery store
right now (usually free with purchase of Jell-o Products).
Serve in a bowl with a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
