1 lb spaghetti
1/2 lb sliced bacon, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp leaf marjoram, crumbled
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1 c grated Romano cheese
Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain and place on heated serving platter.
Meanwhile, fry bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels and reserve 2 tbsp bacon fat. Saute diced green pepper in reserved fat.
Beat eggs in a small bowl, then stir in marjoram, salt and pepper. Toss butter with hot spaghetti until butter has melted. Add seasoned eggs and toss until completely blended. Add bacon, green pepper and grated cheese. Toss once more and serve.
