New Twist Italian Beef

4 1/2 lb round or rump roast
1 1/2 T. seasoning salt
1 T. sweet basil
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 T. fennel seed
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Sprinkle beef with seasoning salt. Cook beef in a crockpot until done. Let cool; pull apart. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cool in the refrigerator overnight. Return to crockpot and reheat. Serve with hard crusty rolls.
