Coffee Nog
2 tsp instant cofffee granules or crystalized coffee
1 tablespoon hot water
1 qt eggnog
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp allspice
2 tablespoos coffee flavored liqueor if desired
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/8 tsp allspice
In a large pitcher dissolve coffee granules in hot water. Add egg not, powdered sugar and allspice. Blend well with a wire whisk
Chill til serving time. Just before serving, stir in liqueor and top with whipped cream and allspice.
