Pineapple Cheese Pie

1 pound cottage cheese
1 cup pineapple pieces in natural juice
1 envelope gelatin
1 egg
5 packs artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put cheese and other ingredients into blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 9 inch pie plate (sprayed with non-stick spray). Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.

Served 8
