Moon Rocks
1 stick margarine
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange concentrate
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 lb. flaked coconut
Melt margarine and frozen orange concentrate over low heat.
Cool to room temperature; add confectioners sugar, orange peel, pecans, vanilla wafers and flaked coconut and mix well.
Shape into small balls and roll in flaked coconut.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Yields 90.
