Mom's chili
1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 can (12-18 oz) beans in chili sauce OR ranch style beans
1 can (12 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (12 oz) tomatoe juice
1 small onion, chopped
1 envelope chili seasoning
dash cajun seasoning
8 oz bag frozen corn (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese for topping (optional)

Brown ground beef and onion in large stock pot. When cooked, add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer, stirring occasionaly. Ready to eat now, or simmer for several hours.

Top with shredded cheese if desired
