Chili by Beth in LA

2 lbs. gound beef
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 Tbs. Tabasco sauce
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans kidney beans
4 Tbs. water
2 tsp. each of salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce,
cocoa powder, ground cumin, oregano
1 1/2 Tbs. chili powder
3 c. canned tomatoes

Brown beef in oil. Add onion and cook until it turns clear. Add remaining ingredients except beans, and simmer 1 hour covered. Add beans and cook 1 additional hour uncovered.
