1 1/2 to 2# ground beef
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can tomato juice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans,drained
1 green pepper,chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 to 1 T. salt or to taste
1-2T. chili powder or to taste

Brown ground beef and drain. Boil macaroni and drain. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on low temperature until completely heated. I sometimes add water until its the consistency I like as this can be thick. But then you may like it that way.
