Spinach with Cheese and White Sauce

30 ml. butter
30 ml. flour
2.5 ml. salt
250 ml. milk
250 ml. cheese, grated

Heat oven to 180degrees.

Cook your spinach by washing the leaves and then just put it in a pan, covered, on a high heat. The water on the leaves is enough to cook it. After 5 minutes turn the heat down and cook another 10 minutes. Then add some butter and salt.

Make white sauce from the butter, flour, salt and milk. Put a layer of spinach in an oven dish, then a layer of cheese and lastely the white sauce. Repeat till all is used. Bake 15 to 30 minutes and serve hot.
