Cauliflower-Broccoli Casserole
1 large cauliflower 
1 large broccoli 
2 tbsp. mayonnaise 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan 
2 tbsp. butter, melted 
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup 
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cut up broccoli and cauliflower. Steam for 10 minutes. Be sure to drain thoroughly. Spread in bottom of 13 x 9" baking dish. 
Combine soup, mayonnaise and cheddar and pour over vegetables. 
Mix crumbs with Parmesan and butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. 
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
