Broccoli Cheese Casserole
32 oz broccoli spears or florets
1-2 lb Velveeta® cheese
Preheat oven 325° F.
Layer broccoli in bottom of casserole dish and dot liberally with margarine.
Cube Velveeta and layer on top of broccoli. Top liberally with croutons, either regular or seasoned of your choice and bake about 1 hour or until broccoli is done and cheese is melted.
