Seafood Salmon and Rice Casserole

Rice and Salmon Casserole

2 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup tomatoes, strained
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of cloves and pepper
1/2 cup rice, cooked and drained
1 can salmon
1 small onion chopped

Mix butter and flour, add tomatoes and seasonings. Cook til thick, mix with rice. Line well greased casserole with rice mixture. Mix salmon with onion; spoon over rice mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
