BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 whole chicken breast, split 
melted butter or margarine 
1/2 c uncooked regular rice 
1 can, 10 1/2 oz condensed chicken broth 
1/8 tsp celery seeds 
1/8 tsp celery salt 
1/2 tsp parsley flakes 
1/2 tsp green pepper flakes 
1 can, 6 oz, water chestnuts, sliced 
salt and pepper to taste 
Brush the chicken with the melted butter. Bake in a shallow casserole at 350 for about 30 min.Add remaining ingredients, cover and bake 30 more minutes  or until the chicken is tender and the rice is done. 2 servings
