Sausage Hot Pot

1 pound bulk sausage (Bob Evans Zesty)
8oz of pasta (bowties, rigatoni or anything you like)
12 oz can of stewed/cut tomatoes
1 can Campbells onion soup
1 package of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
hot pepper (cayenne)
Italian seasoning
Mozzerrella cheese (whole milk)

Saute sausage in saucepot. When sausage begins to give off drippings, add RAW pasta. Add red cayenne pepper, salt, peper, and Italian seasong (quantities you like).

Saute sausage and pasta together till sausage is browned. Add tomatoes, soup, and spinach. Add a little less than half can of water. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce to simmer for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. After about 20 or 25 mins, slice cheese on put on top (I use lots) and cover till cheese completely melts, usually another 5 minutes or so.
