Pork Ham and Scalloped Potatoes by Ann

2 c. boiled ham, cut in chunks
5 c. potatoes, cut in chunks
1/8 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
4 slices cheese (sharp cheddar or Swiss)
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix milk, flour, salt and pepper. Place ham and potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour milk mixture over ham and potatoes (you may need to add more milk). Place butter on top in slices. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. After it is done, lay cheese on top to melt.
