Macaroni and Cheese Pie

1 (8 oz.) box of elbow macaroni, cooked and well drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmeson cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup biscuit mix
2 eggs
1 tablespon prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 (350 if using glass pie plate). Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray and place cooked macaroni inside.

Set aside 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese together. Place on top of macaroni in pie plate.

Using mixer on low, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top and bake 1 to 2 minutes more.
Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite veggie or a nice crisp garden salad.
