Ham and Potatoe Casserole

Ham And Potato Casserole

3 c. frozen Potatoes O'Brien
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of celery soup (un-diluted)
1 c. sour cream
1 8-oz. soften cream cheese
1 c. cubed ham (or) chicken, Turkey
2 c. shreaded cheese

*Optinil- Italian bread crumbs

1- Pre-heat oven to 400

2- In med. bowl combine soup,cream chesse, sour cream and blend

3-Stir in hash browns and meat

4- spoon into un-greased 1-1/2 quart casserole

5- cover and bake for 40 min, or until bbbly and potatoes are tender, stirring once after 20 min.

6- Remove from oven and stir gently once mor, sprinkle with shreaded cheese and sprinkly some bread crumbs over cheese mixture,

7- return to oven for 10 min and bake un-covered (to brown)


1- In crock-pot follow steps 2 throu 4 and place in crock-pot-

2-cook on low for 4 to 5 hours

3-30 min. before finished stir gentle and cover with shreaded cheese and sprinkly with bread crumbs,

4- cover and return to base and cook for another 30 min.

(with crock-pot cooking you can't brown this dish unless you stick it into a pre-heated oven or put it under the broiler, but it is simply wonderful right out of the crock)

***This makes a great casserole and if made without the meat it's a great side dish
