Beef School Goulash

2 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can of tomatoes, stewed or whole, with juice
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz macaroni

Brown beef, onion and celery. Add butter and let melt. Cook macaroni in water. Combine all ingredients and heat till warm.

spice up with whatever tastes your family prefers -oregano, garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, celery seed, Italian
seasonings, seasoned salt, etc. Also, adding kidney beans makes it a bit more filling.
