Mexican Lasagna

2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 packages dry taco seasoning
1 package large sized flour tortillas
1 (12 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
Sour cream for garnish

Saute ground beef with taco seasonings. Divide meat mixture into thirds. Spray ovenproof casserole dish with cooking spray.

Layer casserole like lasagna: tortillas,1/3 meat mixture,1/4 shredded cheese-ending with a tortilla layer on top. Top with remaining cheese and bake in 350 oven about 45 minutes until top is crispy and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream garnish.
