Beef: Italian Bake

Italian Bake

1 lb. ground beef
4 cups mastocoli
1 jar of you favorite spaghetti sauce
3/4 lb. of Velveeta cheese-sliced
1 small onion chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with onions and salt and pepper and cook pasta. In a round casserole dish, layer as following:
Pasta sauce
Cheese slices
Continue to layer until all ingredients are gone with cheese at top. The more cheese the better.

Bake it for 30-40 minutes at 350. This also freezes well before and after baking. Serves 4-6.
