Beef Hamburger and Tater Tot by Catlyn

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 large package Tater Tots

In large skillet, brown ground beef with onions. Drain well. Place frozen vegetables into colander and thaw by running under warm water. Once thawed, mix together all ingredients EXCEPT tater tots. Place in greased 13x9 pan. Place frozen tater tots on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until tater tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.

**(I place this under the broiler for a couple of minutes to get the tater tots crispy.)
