Kahlua Fudge Cake

1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix
1 (4-serving-size) pkg. Chocolate instant pudding
4 Eggs room temperature
1/2 cup Cold water
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Kahlua or coffee liqueur
Confectioners icing


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 12 cup bundt or tube pan. Bake 325F for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Invert onto serving plate. Drizzle icing over top and sides if desired.

12 servings.
