Sweet Bread Good Apple Kuchen

3/4 c margarine
1 box yellow cake mix
1 20 oz can apple pie filling
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c sour cream
2 egg yolks

Preheat to 350.

Cut margarine into dry cake mix until crumbly. Pat mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 pan, building up the sides slightly.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Arrange pie filling on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.

Blend sour cream and egg yolks; drizzle over apple mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes. Serves 12 to 15.
