Cinnamon Bread from Frozen Dough
1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter
Thaw out one frozen loaf of bread and take through to it's first rising.
Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out to a rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
Spread dough with softened butter and sprinkle with raisins, sugar, cinnamon.
Roll tightly by tugging and pulling and then rolling under.
Seal ends and let it rise again.
Beat egg with a little milk and GENTLY egg wash roll and bake for about 40 minutes at 350 or until done.
