Rolls Feather Rolls

1 cup water
1/4 cup butter or oleo
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package Rapid Rise yeast
1 egg beaten
3 cups all-pupose flour

Preheat oven to 425.

Heat the water; add butter, sugar and salt. Stir until the butter is melted, cool to 115F. Sprinkle with yeast and proof.

Add to flour and then add egg.

Beat, as it will be too soft to knead. Set to rise.

Stir down and spoon into 2 inch muffin pans. Let rise until double.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Makes about 18 rolls.
