1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Put all ingredients into a blender. Beat just to mix. Scrape sides of blender and click off and on to mix ingredients. Let set while oven is heating to 425F.

When oven is hot, place you popover pans or large muffin pans in the oven with a dab of butter in each. Leave until melted.

Pour batter equally into the cups and put in oven. Bake (without peeking) for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350F. Bake 20 minutes.

Tips: If you don't have non-stick pans, spray with Pam or other non-stick spray.
