1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup milk
1 to 1 1/2 cups blueberries, raisins, chopped apples, chopped cranberries or your favorite fruit

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet ingredients, mix with dry ingredients, blend as little as possible.

Gently add fruit of your choice (or omit fruit)

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
