Grandma Wallis' All Bran Muffins
Makes 24

2 cups All Bran in
2 cups sour milk (a little vinegar added to good milk is fine, so is buttermilk)
6 Tbl. butter or margarine, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. (slightly rounded) baking soda
dates (or raisins)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 24 muffin cups either by lining with paper muffin cups or by spraying with PAM etc.

Soak cereal in milk. Combine butter, brown sugar, and eggs in a large bowl. Add softened bran, flour, baking soda and dates. Spoon into muffin cups.

Bake @ 350-360* for 25-30 minutes.
