1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 cups milk (I use non-fat and it is fine)
1/4 cup melted butter, margarine or oil.
Combine ingredients in blender - process about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with spatula, blend another 15 seconds.
OPTIONAL: Refrigerate batter l hour
Use a measuring cup to pour into the pan. If batter is too thick, thin with a little more milk. Cook in a non-stick pan, no need to oil the pan. Do not cook them until brown. Turn them as soon as they are set.
Stack them as each is cooked. The extras freeze well.
