Yeast Free Cheese and Onion Bread

6 oz self raising flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 medium potato (about 6 oz) grated
3-4 spring onions/scallions chopped
1 tsp thyme
1 whole small goats cheese ( about 3 inches across and about 1-2 inches deep),peeled and cubed or whatever cheese you like
1 egg
2 tbs milk
1 tsp grain mustard

Preheat oven to190 C/375 F and grease a baking sheet.

Sift flour salt and cayenne together.

Add grated potato and mix well.

Add in onions, three quarters of cheese, thyme and mix well.

Mix together egg, milk and mustard and add to dough.

It is meant to be a sticky dough; do not knead it.

Pile onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for about 40 minutes.
