Spiral Stromboli

1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated Crusty French Loaf
3/4 cup (to 1 cup) mozzarella cheese -- shredded
3/4 cup (to 1 cup) cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli salami and ham {I used capicolla and genoa salami}
1/4 cup chopped roasted peppers 1 tablespoon butter or margarine -- melted
2 tablespoons (to 3 tablespoons) Parmesean cheese -- shredded

Unroll the dough and pat into a 14x12 in rectangle. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese to within a 1/2 inch of edges. Top with meat and red peppers. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with the short side; seal seam and tuck ends under.

Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter; sprinkle with Parm cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Slice with a serrated knife.
