Bread Korean Pancakes

Korean Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle.

For each pancake: spoon about 1 tbsp. batter and spread into a 3 inch circle. Lightly brown on both sides. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

Makes about 36 pancakes.

That recipe is then filled with cabbage, etc that has been stir fried.
