Beer Bread

2.5 cups self-rising flour (sift for better texture)
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 t salt
1 standard can or bottle of beer, your choice brand
1/4 cup Canola oil

Use a whisk to thoroughly mix all ingredients. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan (Pam or other butter-flavor spray works well). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 15 minutes longer. Allow bread to cool at least 1 hour before slicing with a very sharp knife.
