The Best of Postal Recipes Cookbook

Beer Bread

3 C. sef-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz can of beer, at room temp.

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix ingredients and put into 9 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch bread pan.

Bake 45 min. For a soft crust, brush top with milk or water.
