ABM French Bread by Beaston

French Bread:
1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Bread Machine flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Preheat oven to 375.

Add ingredients in order given and set on bread dough. When through the entire cycle take out and roll out into a 12 x 18 on a lightly flowered board.

Roll up from long end tightly and slash top. Let rise. Brush with egg white/water mixture and bake until golden brown.
