ABM Lemon Curd Bread

2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
1 1/8 cups milk  (for Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add 4 tablespoons more milk 
1/2 cup lemon curd 
3 cups bread flour 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
2 teaspoons active dry yeast (I used 1 1/2 t. SAF yeast) 
1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten -- optional 
Place the ingredients in the bread pan, insert it in the machine, select a Light Crust setting and press Start. 
After the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from the pan, place on a cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
