Chinese-Style Spicy String Beans

1 pound slender green beans -- ends trimmed 
1 tablespoon sesame seeds 
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
1 1/2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce 
3 tablespoons water 
2 teaspoons cornstarch 
2 green onions -- chopped 
Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain green beans well. 
Stir sesame seeds in large nonstick skillet over high heat until golden, about 1 minute. Transfer seeds to small bowl. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chili -garlic sauce to skillet. Stir water and cornstarch in small bowl until cornstarch dissolves; stir into mixture in skillet. Add green beans to skillet. Place skillet over medium-high heat. Toss beans until sauce thickens and coats beans, about 2 minutes. Mix in green onions. Transfer to shallow bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
